30 Day Social Media Challenge for 2025

Your amenities are next-level, but your Instagram is stuck in 2019. Make 2025 the year your social media finally gets on trend --

Welcome to the New Year Social Media Challenge! Social media isn’t just a “nice-to-have” for apartment communities—it’s a critical tool for connecting with prospects, engaging residents, and standing out in a competitive market. Here's why:

1. Social Media Drives Leasing Leads

  • 86% of renters use the internet as their primary tool for apartment hunting, with social media being a significant part of that search.

2. Builds Community and Retains Residents

  • Social media can foster a sense of belonging by sharing resident spotlights, event photos, and local updates. A connected community is a happy (and renewing!) community.

3. Reaches a Broader Audience

  • Over 4.89 billion people use social media worldwide, and platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook are growing in engagement year over year.

  • With the right strategy, your property can reach not only prospective renters but also influencers, local businesses, and other valuable connections.

4. Showcases Your Competitive Edge

  • Highlight your amenities, resident events, and unique offerings. Regular, engaging posts show prospects that your community goes beyond just being a place to live—it’s a place to thrive.

5. Cost-Effective Marketing

  • Compared to traditional advertising, social media offers measurable ROI and the ability to adjust campaigns in real-time.

6. Increases Visibility on Search Engines

  • Posting consistently and engaging with followers helps your property appear in more local searches, driving organic traffic to your website and leasing team.

Social media is no longer optional—it’s a must-have for apartment communities looking to thrive in today’s digital-first world. By investing in a solid social media presence, you can increase leases, boost retention, and create a vibrant, engaged community. Ready to get started?
